Recruiting Process for U.S. Consulting Positions

We invite qualified candidates to apply for consulting positions year-round by submitting a resume and a cover letter stating their interest to recruiting@carlisle-co.com. Resumes will be kept on file and you will be contacted by email for a telephone interview with our Human Resources Manager if your skills and experience match our current needs.

Specific openings for positions in the firm are advertised on major on-line job boards, professional networking sites, and on career boards at targeted universities. Resumes are reviewed and qualified applicants are invited for a preliminary interview by telephone. Candidates then may be invited to interview in either our Concord, MA or Southfield, MI offices.

Carlisle & Company does on campus recruiting for our Associate and Senior Associate positions at selected universities. Dates for fall recruiting will be posted.

All applicants must possess permanent work authorization in the United States.

Recruiting Process for the Summer Associate Program

Undergraduates in their junior year are invited to apply to our annual summer internship program with a cover letter and resume to recruiting@carlisle-co.com. Candidates who meet our minimum qualifications will be invited to a phone interview beginning in January of the eligible year. Final candidates will have a second interview in our Concord, MA office (if feasible) or will interview on targeted university campuses.

All applicants must possess permanent work authorization in the United States.

"I had an incredible experience as an intern at Carlisle. The other intern and I were given the opportunity to work closely with the Concord office's staff on a project that was challenging and rewarding. I also was assigned my own project, where I was given a great deal of responsibility, and the chance to utilize my strengths while developing my weaknesses. Without hesitation, I would recommend an internship at Carlisle to anyone looking for an incredible learning experience in a relaxed atmosphere where the emphasis is on professional development and delivering quality results."
