Principals and Partners

Partners and Principals at Carlisle & Company build the capability of our clients to compete, and consistently embody Carlisle's core values. As a Principal/Partner, you must have a distinguished record of project and client management, the creativity to continually develop consulting methodologies and the capacity and will to build the firm.

Principals lead project teams and manage client relationships.  They create business development opportunities within their own client base and open new accounts.  They oversee the creation of client proposals and the development of work plans.  As members of the management team, Principals work in concert with Partners in determining the strategic direction and critical path of Carlisle & Company's future.

Partners are our leadership team.  They are true subject matter experts with deep experience in the motor vehicle industry.  They lead the practice areas, develop and sell business opportunities, and determine the firm's strategic direction.  Along with Principals, they mentor and motivate team members and foster the development of Associates, Senior Associates, and Managers.  To learn more about our Partners, please click here to access their biographies.

"If I had to describe Carlisle in a nutshell, I'd say that above all else, it's a close knit meritocracy of incredibly smart, passionate, humble and fun people.  I was extremely fortunate to work on a wide spectrum of engagements with some great clients across the automotive value chain during my time here.  In just over three years, I feel I attained a meaningful understanding of the consulting business, and a significant degree of subject matter expertise within the automotive space.  Looking back, I grew immensely, as a person and a professional, thanks in large part to the honest, constructive feedback and invaluable mentorship of the firm's Partners.  Their doors were always open to me, and for this I will always be grateful." - Sharad Ramesh, Wharton MBA
