"My background was in consulting for financial services industry clients. I wanted a company that would allow me to apply the skills I had learned and support my transition into the automotive industry.  I'm originally from the Detroit area. I had worked overseas for a large global consulting firm and was looking to relocate back home. Carlisle was a good fit in that it is regionally based but offers opportunities for travel.  I've enjoyed the interaction with my coworkers, the variety of projects, and the strong quantitative approach to problem solving." - Erin Smith, Manager
