North American Service Operations Forum

The NASOF is designed to provide high-quality benchmark data and leading practice information to help member companies improve dealer service support, and ultimately service quality to vehicle owners. Just as the NASPC has done with the parts supply chain since 1993, the NASOF will expand over time to incorporate new information and company performance metrics within the service arena.

The conference caters to the service operation divisions of many major motor-vehicle companies in North America including Audi, Chrysler, Ford, General Motors, Gulf States Toyota, Honda, Hyundai, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Volkswagen and Volvo Cars. In 2008, we launched this benchmarking forum by providing an industry overview and framework that will allow the participating companies to become familiar with, and compare the performance of, each others’ service organizations. Moving forward we will continue to refine and expand the scope of this benchmarking forum to meet the changing needs of our participants.
