The EAC is patterned after its North American counterpart, the NASPC, and has been an annual event since 2002. Like the NASPC, the EAC provides a forum for standardized benchmarking of service-parts industry participants. It includes the service-parts divisions of many major motor-vehicle companies in Europe including AGCO, BMW, Case New Holland, CLAAS, Cummins, Daimler AG, Fiat Group Automobile, General Motors Europe, Iveco, Komatsu, Kverneland, Nissan, Perkins, PSA, Renault, Volkswagen, Volvo Cars and Volvo Parts. Since our metrics are standardized globally, European sister companies can measure themselves against their North American counterparts, and vice versa.
The 2010 European Aftersales Conference will be held June 7 through June 9.
