The NASPC began as a group of seven companies that simply wanted to examine warehouse data, establish some metrics to measure their performance, and concentrate on what was going on inside the box. Since 1993, our view has dramatically widened and improved. As the conference evolved, participants began looking up and down the supply chain, and on either side of the box. Today we can see 360° around the box and miles and miles up and down the service-parts supply chain.
The benchmarking conference caters to the service-parts divisions of many major motor-vehicle companies in North America. Regular attendees include AGCO, BMW, Case New Holland, Caterpillar, Cummins, Daimler Trucks North America, Ford, General Motors, Gulf States Toyota, Harley-Davidson, Hyundai, John Deere, Kia, Komatsu, Mazda, MBUSA, Mitsubishi, Mopar, Navistar, Nissan, Subaru, Suzuki, Volkswagen Group of America, Volvo Cars and Volvo Parts. Over the past decade, the NASPC has become the standard reference point for the global motor vehicle service-parts industry.
The 2010 North American Service-Parts Conference will be held April 26 through April 28.
