Careers at Carlisle & Company

Are you interested in management consulting and the motor vehicle industry? Does the prospect of top-tier consulting in a small firm sound exciting?

Carlisle & Company takes pride in its dynamic and entrepreneurial culture, its non-hierarchal structure, and commitment to providing the best solutions to our clients. We are looking for people who want to help create a company, not just fit into one. Our consultants come from a variety of backgrounds, but all are keen business analysts, excellent communicators, and subject-matter experts. Our people are passionate about the industry, the products and solving problems. Carlisle & Company is an intellectually challenging environment where you are expected to learn new things and apply them immediately.

We seek people to join our firm throughout the year in our Massachusetts, Michigan, and Frankfurt, Germany offices. Successful candidates think critically and creatively, possess exceptional analytical skills, have a solid foundation in quantitative and technical skills, work well in a small team environment, and take ownership of their work. Our most common entry point is at the Associate or Senior Associate level. Learn more about joining Carlisle & Company.

“After graduating from Dartmouth College, I sought out an ideas-driven professional environment that was both challenging and human. I found Carlisle to be precisely that—a place where the merit of your ideas stands king, a place where you have access to the top, a place where I learned and thrived and grew. Almost a decade later, I still materially draw on my experiences at Carlisle and am grateful to have found a talented company with a heart of gold.”
