Conferences Overview

For over 15 years, we have worked with our clients to create several industry-specific benchmarking forums that allow OEMs to see exactly where they stand among their industry peers, and why:

These benchmarking conferences typically include optional facility tours, an industry update presentation, a benchmarking metrics presentation, panel discussions, roundtables, and opportunities for informal discussion and networking. Each event takes roughly twelve months to plan and execute. There are many behind-the-scenes planning activities including steering committee meetings, data collection (and validation), interviews, presentation writing and logistics planning.

In addition to these specific benchmarking forum-related activities, companies participate in many other member-only initiatives throughout the year. They include Mini-Benchmarking Studies, our annual Satisfaction Surveys, monthly/quarterly reporting of valuable Market Watch information, off-season roundtables, and ad-hoc meetings and visits between member companies (often facilitated and hosted by Carlisle & Company senior staff). Most of these are offered to member companies at no additional cost.

The high degree of sharing among participants is enabled by a strict global confidentiality agreement, which severely limits distribution and prevents unauthorized use of this information.

Dealer purchase loyalty measures how much stuff dealers buy from the OEM. Read more...
